These Terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using AIPixLab you agree to both.
1. The service
AIPixLab lets you turn a photo into AI-generated images in different styles and short AI videos. The catalogue of styles and effects changes over time.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your photos
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you must have their permission.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to store and process them, including through our AI provider, only to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
4. What you may not do
- Create sexual content involving minors, or intimate or sexual imagery of any real person without their consent.
- Impersonate someone, or use results to deceive, defame, harass or bully anyone.
- Create content that is illegal, promotes violence or hate, or infringes others' rights, including trademarks and copyrighted characters.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass the limits of the service.
We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
5. AI results
Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect. They are artistic creations, not factual depictions. We don't claim ownership of your results; you may use them as permitted by law and these Terms, and you are responsible for how you use and share them.
6. PRO subscription
- PRO is offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers to the weekly plan may be offered a discounted first week. Prices for your country are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. After cancelling, PRO stays active until the end of the current period.
- PRO includes unlimited use of photo styles, HD downloads without a watermark, and a number of video credits each period, shown in the app.
7. Credits
- Videos use credits; the cost depends on quality and length and is shown before you create.
- Plan credits come with PRO each period. They reset at renewal and do not roll over. They are used before pack credits.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and, as consumable purchases, cannot be restored on another Apple ID.
- If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically. Credits are not returned for completed creations, including ones you later delete.
8. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund is granted, the related PRO access or credits are removed.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep AIPixLab available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove styles, effects and features.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using AIPixLab at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
