In short: you don't need an account, name or email to use AIPixLab. We use the photos you choose only to create the result you asked for. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps, and we don't use your photos to train AI models. You can delete any creation in the app, and ask us to delete everything.
1. Who we are
AIPixLab is an iPhone app made by Naciye, an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy covers the app and this website. Questions: [email protected].
2. What we collect

Face detection in the video setup screen runs on your device with Apple's Vision framework; it does not leave your phone and we do not create or store face templates or other biometric identifiers.
3. How your photos are processed
- Photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server.
- To create a result, the photo is made available to our AI provider, fal.ai, through a temporary link that expires within two hours. The provider processes it only to generate your image or video.
- The finished result is stored on our server so it appears in Creations and can be saved to your Photos.
- We do not use your photos or results to train AI models, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.
4. How long we keep data, and deleting it
- Creations (your uploaded photos and their results) are kept until you delete them. Deleting a creation in the app (Creations, or the result's menu) permanently removes that photo, its result and the related processing record from our server.
- Everything else: to delete all data linked to your app account, write to us from Profile › Contact support in the app, or email [email protected]. We complete deletion within 30 days. Purchase records may be kept where the law requires it for accounting.
- Operational server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help run the app, under their own privacy terms:
- fal.ai: AI image and video generation.
- Apple: App Store purchases and payments.
- RevenueCat: subscription and purchase management.
- Google Firebase: crash reports, basic analytics and notification delivery.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the server and its files.
We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal data, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, or receive a copy. Contact us at [email protected]; you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We process data to provide the service you request, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and working.
7. Children
AIPixLab is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Only upload photos of other people, including children, if you have the right to do so. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security and international transfers
Data is encrypted in transit and access to our server is restricted. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date below. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
